About Jayden

Writing these bios for litters of puppies brought into the world by people hoping to make a quick buck is becoming increasingly difficult. Too often, when the puppies don't sell, they become someone else's problem. The "J" puppies are one such litter. Their Mom, Janice, has already had far too many litters in her lifetime, all because someone chose profit over her well-being. No dog should ever be bred simply to make money.

But none of this is Jayden's fault, and Animatch will make sure his future is very different from his past. Jayden and his five brothers will soon be ready to begin the next chapter of their lives with families who understand that adopting a puppy is a lifelong commitment. If you're prepared to provide everything a puppy needs—not just today, but for all the years ahead—we would love to hear from you.

Like every puppy, Jayden will need plenty of exercise, training, patience, and, of course, love. Puppy classes are highly recommended, followed by basic obedience training, because learning together is one of the best ways to build a lifelong bond. If there's a friendly, well-adjusted dog in the home for him to learn from, even better. A cat who won't mind the occasional playful chase should be just fine too.

As for children, they should be old enough to understand that puppies are teething, those tiny teeth are surprisingly sharp, and good manners—like keeping four paws on the floor—take time to learn.
