Ready for a sad story? Here goes...

I was picked up as a stray by Animal Control. My family was found, but sadly they weren't able to welcome me back. Talk about a broken heart.

Now let me tell you a little about the real me. I'm a 6-year-old Pit Bull who has never met a stranger. I love people, get along well with other dogs, but cats and I have agreed we're just not meant to be roommates.

Like any dog, I do best with kindness, consistency, and a little guidance. I'm smart, eager to learn, and genuinely want to make my people happy. I'd love nothing more than to become the "poster dog" for what a well-loved, well-trained Pit Bull can be—a loyal, affectionate, fun-loving companion.

I am built like a tank, so shedding a few pounds would do me good. Instead of rewarding me with treats every time I get something right, how about a cheerful "Good girl!" or a nice scratch behind the ears? Add in plenty of walks and adventures together, and I'll be back to my best weight in no time.

You're never too old to learn new things, and neither am I. Training isn't just about teaching commands—it's one of the best ways for us to build trust, have fun, and become the perfect team. I'll happily show you, again and again, just what a good dog I can be.
