Hi there, my name is Marcus and, let’s just say, life hasn’t always been kind to me. Before landing at Animatch, I was living out of a car with my human. We fell on hard times, and that chapter of my life came to an end. Thankfully, Animatch welcomed me with open arms and promised me one thing: I’ll never be homeless again.

Not much is known about my past, but one thing is clear—I’m a good little guy with a big heart. The Volunteers here often say, “Marcus, you’re such a good boy!” and honestly, I like hearing it. I get along well with the other dogs in my playgroup, love my walks, enjoy sniffing through tall grass, and—of course—leaving the occasional p-mail. Simple pleasures make me happy.

Because my history is a bit of a mystery, Animatch thinks I’d do best in a home without very young children. I could happily share my life with another friendly dog, but I’d also be perfectly content being your one and only. I haven’t had my meet-and-greet with the resident “test cat” yet, but so far I’ve proven to be a happy-go-lucky fellow who doesn’t make much fuss.
