My name is Harry – at least that’s what the people at Animatch call me. I was picked up by Animal Control more than two months ago, and no one ever came looking. Can you believe that? Being dumped or abandoned is something no dog should ever have to go through. It’s heartbreaking, unfair, and completely unacceptable. Dogs are loyal, loving beings – not disposable objects.

That said, I’m determined not to let my past define me. I’m ready to move forward and find the family who will cherish me the way every dog deserves.

I’m a laid-back, friendly guy who greets everyone with a wagging tail and a sparkle in my eye. I warm up to people quickly and truly believe that strangers are just friends I haven’t met yet. Being a Husky-x, my favorite season is just around the corner – winter! I’d love a human who shares my enthusiasm for snow, long walks, and chilly adventures. Full disclosure: I pull on leash like I’m training for the Iditarod, but with some guidance (and maybe a liver treat or two), I’ll get the hang of it.

The truth is, no one knows much about my past, but that means I’m a clean slate. I’m smart, eager to please, and full of potential. With patience, training, and love, I can become the best companion you could ask for.
