Hi, I’m Frenzy — and yes, my name says a lot about my energy! My story is a little complicated, but that just makes me all the more special. I arrived at Animatch with my three pups, overwhelmed, frightened, and reactive around strangers. I wasn’t trying to be difficult — I was just terrified. While some dogs shut down when they’re scared, I was more the “back off!” type.

Thankfully, an amazing and experienced foster mom welcomed me into her home, and that’s when the real Frenzy started to shine through. Bit by bit, I revealed my true self: a fun-loving, energetic girl with a serious passion for toys. I’m an absolute champ when it comes to fetching sticks — it’s one of my favorite outdoor games!

The dogs in my foster home found me a bit much at times, so I might be happiest as your one and only. Honestly, who needs two dogs when you can have all of me?

After a good walk or a game of fetch, I’m ready for cuddles and chill time. And car rides? Love them! I’d be your perfect sidekick for errands — especially if there’s a toy store stop involved. (Squeaky toys are the best!)

Because I take my watchdog duties seriously — whether it’s a squirrel or the mail carrier — I’d do best in a single-dwelling home. I’ve been told there’s some Sheltie in me, so being a couch potato just isn’t in my DNA. Once I settle into my new home, I’d love to do some training too — it sounds like fun and will help us bond even more.

Sadly, due to a family emergency, my foster mom couldn’t keep me, and I had to return to the Animatch Centre. I’m doing okay here, but nothing compares to the comfort of a real home. I’m hoping this stay will be a short one.
