APPLE here! Unfortunately, I'm back.
It turns out that puppies—especially six-month-olds entering their teenage phase—can be a lot more work than people expect. We're cute, energetic, curious, and sometimes a little mischievous. Without training and guidance, we can definitely keep our humans on their toes!
The good news? Animatch has promised to find me the right match this time around. I’m looking for an active family that is ready to invest time in training, exercise, and helping me become the amazing dog I’m meant to be.
Sure, there may be a few puppy hijinks along the way, but your reward will be a loyal, fun-loving companion that will make you proud every single day. Are you ready for the adventure?

My name is Apple, and thanks to Humane World for Animals Canada, my sister Ava and I are now safe and on our way to finding our forever homes. They do the hard work of rescuing animals from neglectful situations, and with Animatch stepping in to help, we’ve been given a second chance at the life every puppy deserves.
I’m still just a puppy, which means I have a little catching up to do—but I’m off to a great start. I’m learning my social skills and growing more confident every day. Sometimes when I meet new people, I get a bit overwhelmed and might do a submissive pee. It’s completely involuntary and actually quite common in puppies like me. With patience, kindness, and maybe a few puppy classes, I know I’ll outgrow it in no time.
Because I’m young, I can’t spend long days home alone. I’ll need a family who is around for much of the day to help me with frequent potty breaks, training, and all the important life lessons puppies need to learn. After all, no puppy ever learned anything in an empty house! Consistent guidance and lots of positive experiences will help me become the best companion I can be.
Most importantly, my forever family needs to be ready for a lifelong commitment—12 to 15 years of love, laughter, and companionship. I promise to give you my whole heart, from my playful puppy days right through to my grey-muzzled golden years.
