Keeva here — and yes, I am all terrier, all the time. Active, intelligent, alert, a little protective, and with just a soupçon of mischief to keep life interesting. My previous family gave me a wonderful start (for which I’m very grateful), but they realized I need more exercise and mental stimulation than they can provide right now.
So here I am, ready to bring my fun-loving, busy-bee energy to a new home. If you’re an active person, we’re already off to a great start. Think long walks, hikes, and plenty of outdoor adventures. And along the way? I’ll need time to put this excellent nose of mine to work. After that, how about some dog sports — agility, anyone? I’ve had some obedience training, but let’s be honest, you can never have too much. I’m happy to keep learning… and who knows, you might even learn a thing or two from me.
Now, let’s talk about the practical side of loving a dog like me. My breed requires regular grooming — brushing several times a week and professional grooming on a consistent basis. If that sounds like a chore rather than a commitment, then a non-shedding dog like me may not be your perfect match. Dogs, no matter their size or style, require time, effort, and dedication.
I’ll be honest about one of my quirks: I can be a bit of a resource guarder with certain things. It’s a manageable habit, especially if you understand it and are willing to work with me.
