About Maggie

Sometimes, love alone can’t change what life has in store.

My name is Maggie, and for as long as I can remember, my world has been my human—and my very best friend, Ti-Loup. We were loved, truly loved. But when our person had to move into assisted living, everything changed. We lost our home, and worst of all, we were at risk of losing each other.

If I could have just one wish, it would be this: to stay with Ti-Loup. I know it’s not easy—people don’t often come looking for two dogs, especially when one of them is a very senior boy. But he’s my heart. He always has been.

I’m 7½ years old, still full of life and energy. While Ti-Loup dozes (which, to be fair, he does quite often these days), I keep watch over him. And when he’s resting peacefully, I’m ready for a little fun. I love to play—especially with the tough toys, the kind that can stand up to my enthusiasm. The soft, fluffy ones don’t stand a chance!

I enjoy long walks and would love a yard where I can explore and stretch my legs. If Ti-Loup joins us, we may move a little slower—but that’s okay. I’ve spent a lifetime learning patience and looking out for him. It’s just what I do.

I should probably mention—I am a Pomeranian, after all—so I do have a voice and I’m not shy about using it. Apartment or condo living might not be my best fit.

What I’m hoping for is simple, even if it feels like a big ask: a home where I can feel safe again, and where Ti-Loup and I can stay together for whatever time we have left. A place filled with understanding, kindness, and love.
