Leia here, proud (and slightly exhausting) Labrador x Pudelpointer. And before you say, “yeah, right,” go ahead—Google Pudelpointer. I’ll wait. You’ll discover we’re a serious hunting breed… which, when combined with Labrador enthusiasm, basically means I come with two speeds: fast and faster. Couch potato? Never heard of her.
I didn’t land at Animatch because I did anything wrong—same goes for my fellow roommates. My previous family just found themselves juggling a busy household and a teenage dog with Olympic-level energy. They want the very best for me, and Animatch has promised that my next home will be my forever one. No pressure… but I plan to hold them to that!
Now, let’s talk about us. First order of business: training. Yep, it’s in the contract (okay, not really… but also really). I need to learn that:
• four paws belong on the ground, not on your shoulders
• walks are not qualifying rounds for the Iditarod
• and “come” is a command, not a polite suggestion
The good news? I’m smart, eager, and highly motivated by liver treats. Honestly, I’d probably learn to do your taxes for the right snack. I get along well with other dogs and would love a playful companion who can match my enthusiasm. That said, I could also thrive as your one-and-only—your personal fitness coach, entertainment committee, and shadow all rolled into one.
