Hi, my name is Diglett, and I’m a gentle soul who is still learning that the world can be a kind and safe place. If dogs could tell their stories, mine would be a little sad – but Animatch has promised me that my happiest chapters are still to come.

I came here with another dog, Dolliv, and for a long time we leaned on each other. Now, it’s time for me to find my own path, to grow braver and discover that life doesn’t have to be scary. I’m only two years old, which means I have plenty of time ahead of me to blossom with the right person by my side.

What do I need most? Patience, understanding, and love. I may not be the dog who runs into your arms on day one, but with a calm home, gentle encouragement, and maybe even the companionship of a well-balanced dog, I’ll slowly learn to trust. Training will help too—but always at my pace, with kindness leading the way.

I’d do best with experienced adults or older, respectful children who can give me the space and reassurance I need. And once I begin to trust, I know I’ll give back more than you could ever imagine—because helping a shy dog shine is one of the most rewarding journeys of all.
