I’m just about a year old and, sadly, I lost my human, so now I’m looking for a fresh start. One important thing to keep in mind: a young guy like me can easily live 15+ years. I’m a long-term commitment, not a short-term fling — so make sure you’re ready for the full royal reign.
Now, let’s clear something up… I may only weigh about 6 lbs., but I am not a decorative accessory. No purses, no strollers, no being carried around like fragile cargo all day, thank you very much. My legs work just fine, and I fully intend to use them! I need regular walks, plenty of sniffing adventures, and a home that understands I’m a real dog with real energy — not a couch ornament.
Because of that, I’m best suited to an active home that can keep up with me. I wouldn’t be the right match for a quieter, slower-paced lifestyle. I’ve got places to go, things to sniff, and a world to explore. Like many Chihuahuas, I may need a refresher in the house-training department, especially when the weather isn’t cooperating. Cold? Wet? Hard pass. A stylish winter coat and some rain gear would be most appreciated — a prince should be comfortable, after all.
Due to my small size, I’d do best with older, respectful children who understand that I’m not a toy. I get along well with other dogs, especially ones closer to my size (less intimidating, more my speed). As for cats, I think I could manage just fine with a proper introduction.
