Daffy here! It’s a good guess that there’s some hound in my mix, and that means my ideal family is an active one—lots of outdoor adventures to keep this busy nose happy. A fenced yard is important, but what matters most is giving me the daily exercise and mental stimulation I need.

I was picked up as an unclaimed stray, so we’re starting with a clean slate. My future is yours to shape! Apartment or condo living isn’t for me. When I catch an interesting scent, I’m ready to follow it, so a securely fenced yard will help keep me safe.

I’ve got a wonderful disposition and tons of love packed into this sleek body—but I’m no couch potato. I’m athletic, energetic, and eager to learn. Training classes would be a fantastic way for us to bond, and I’d happily try scent work, agility, or tracking.

I get along well with other dogs but would likely be too much for a cat. Older children who understand my nose-to-the-ground focus would be a great match. I’d do best with an experienced guardian who can provide the exercise, structure, and companionship I thrive on. A home where I’m not left alone all day would be ideal.
