Daisie is my name and I am a magnificent Beagle, hear me arooooo. I’m a happy gal who just needs a family who appreciates Beagles and understands that I need to do Beagley things – play, sniff, walk, sniff, hike, sniff. All I want to do is have some fun.

I’m eager, playful and affectionate, I could be a true friend not only to you but to your sturdy children. I am super playful with other dogs; in fact, I lived with a dog. My family was going through a separation and Animatch agreed to help with finding us a new home.

I AM NOT destructive said no beagle ever. You have to understand that my breed is not just about having a pretty face. I’ve got to exercise this nose each and every day. I will love hanging out with you, going for long adventurous walks, and then doing a couple of laps around the yard! And make that a fenced yard.

If I get a whiff of something interesting, off I go on a mission to explore. Beagles have this “thing” called selective deafness – when our nose is working at full tilt our ears don’t work. It would also be wise to keep me on leash as when I get that alert from a stinky garbage can, I’m off to investigate.

Don’t let anyone tell you that Beagles aren’t proficient at training. You can bet all of those liver treats in your pocket that I will work hard with a little motivation. Every snack you make, every meal you bake, I’ll be watching you. Maybe we can do some “nose work” for stimulation (if you want to adopt a Beagle, you should be looking up these things).
