My name is Tangela and I am a 6.5-year-old Cocker Spaniel. I’m a bashful, gentle soul who is so thankful that I will soon have a chance at being part of a family who will love me furever. Despite my shyness, I’m full of curiosity and very interested in discovering the world.

I want to be a social dog and you can help me with that. I am a bit nervous and timid at first but with training I will become more confident. Walks are totally foreign to me although your gentle words will make me put one foot in front of the other. Within no time, I will be looking forward to lots of nice strolls with my new family. I get along with other dogs; in fact, a calm, well-adjusted dog in the home will certainly help me.

Until I get the hang of it, you might expect a few accidents. I am clean in my crate and well on my way to understanding what is expected of me. I have spent far too much time without human companionship, so a home where I am not alone for too many hours is important.

So here I am, just waiting for an experienced, understanding, and patient human who will help me become the best dog I can possibly be.
