Viola is a gentle, loving, and curious soul who will lean in to you for affection and soft words. She has lacked individual attention and is so ready to be someone’s beloved pet. Although everything is new to her, she is ready to explore and give it all a shot.

While she is not a big fan of car rides, in time she will get a little more accustomed to them. Progress takes time. Walking on leash is a new activity for her and she is bit by bit getting accustomed to walks and discovering that sniffing is a wonderful activity.

Viola gets along with other dogs and has even been introduced to cats without a problem. She doesn’t understand the concept of playing but enjoys watching others. Even if she is quiet and reserved most of the time, she has been known to have case of the zoomies in the morning. A fenced yard would be perfect, she finds great joy in patrolling the yard with a bounce in her step and her head held high. Although, she does not really know what to do with toys, she has adopted a rubber chicken and loves to make it squawk as she prances around.

Her one vice … she can be a counter surfer. But hey, no dog or human is perfect. For nearly seven years Viola’s life has been about taking care of her puppies – one litter after another.
