Buddy is my name and at 10 years old, I find myself in need of a place to hang my leash. I lost my human and there was no one who could not look after me properly.

I love the adventure of a good walk and will never say no to a car ride. If you have a nice safe yard, I would enjoy that too. Rest assured there will be no squirrels trespassing. After all, I am a terrier. After a busy day I am ready to snuggle up with you and chill. You might have to give me a boost to get on the couch or in your bed but hey I’ve got a doggy kiss or two for you as a reward.

I am really good with other dogs but prefer the older, more sedate ones – none of that rough and tumble stuff for me! I might even be okay with cats. I would do better in a home without small children although if you have visiting grandchildren that wouldn’t be a problem.

I recently had my 7 remaining teeth extracted but hey give me a plate of food with a little bit of liquid added and I’ll show you that a full set of teeth is much overrated.

Animatch has reassured me that there are good, caring people in this world who are ready to make my senior years the best ones. I have a lot to live for and like all dogs I’m not going to waste any time feeling bad about the past when there is a bright future right around the corner.
