Aloha, my name is Honey Girl and I am from the big island of Hawaii. Gorgeous sandy beaches, soft ocean breezes, and sunny weather – sounds like paradise! Unfortunately, it isn’t for many dogs. Rescue groups are doing their best to change this; in the meantime, many of us are headed North.

I have been assured by Animatch that there is a wonderful family who awaits my homecoming. One that is ready to give me lots of love, guidance, and training. I am super loyal, affectionate, sweet and smart as can be, but I am also pretty shy initially, so I ask that you be gentle and gain my trust. If you have another well-balanced canine in the family, I will definitely learn from him or her. Training would go a long way to boosting my confidence with the added bonus of giving us a chance to bond.

I can’t wait to find my very own family where I will live my entire life – with a safe, warm, and comfy place to sleep at night.
