Hi there, I’m Rosie — Sunny’s sister and a proud Labrador through and through.

Sunny (yes, that French Bulldog with the big personality) and I came to Animatch because our human was facing a tough time and wanted the best possible future for us. Thanks to Animatch, we’re now safe, cared for, and each looking for our own fresh start.

Even though I love my brother, we don’t need to be adopted together. If he finds his forever home first, I’ll be cheering him on with a happy tail wag!

At 4.5 years old, I’ve left those puppy shenanigans behind — no chewing shoes or wild zoomies here. But don’t get me wrong: I’m still a Lab, which means I need my daily dose of activity. Long walks, weekend hikes, games of fetch — bring it on! Afterward, I’m more than happy to curl up beside you for a good movie or your latest Netflix obsession.

Now, let’s talk about walks. I’m strong, and I definitely pull on leash. We’ll need to work on that together — maybe with a Halti or gentle leader, and a bit of training. I’m smart and eager to please, so don’t count me out just because I’m nearly five.

I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a worrier. This whole being-homeless thing has thrown me off a little, so I’ll need a patient family willing to go slow as I adjust. I’ve never lived with kids, so an adult-only home or one with older, respectful children would be a better fit.

I’m so ready to leave the Animatch Centre behind and settle into a loving home — one with belly rubs, routine, and someone who’ll see me for the sweet, loyal companion I am.
