Hi, I’m Tootsie Roll! Three of my littermates are off to their forever homes this week… and I’m still waiting for mine. I’m hoping it’s only because no one’s seen this sweet face yet — because once you do, how could you resist?

I’m a rough-and-tumble kind of pup, always ready for adventure. Whether it’s hiking trails, chasing toys, or romping around the yard, I’m all in! With the right training, plenty of year-round exercise, and lots of socializing with both two-legged and four-legged friends, I promise I’ll grow into an amazing companion. I can’t wait to show off how smart I am in training class!

I’d love to have a doggy sibling who doesn’t mind my puppy energy, or even a cat who’s dog-savvy and doesn’t mind a bit of playful chasing now and then. Older kids who understand that I’m still learning the ropes would be awesome, too. Mostly, I need a home where someone is around for a good part of the day to help guide me through puppyhood.

What I need most of all? A lifelong commitment. Someone who will love me just as much when I’m old and gray as they will the day I come home.
