Meet Hansel, a delightful and playful puppy available for adoption. Hansel is part of Nana's litter, and while Nana and his sister Gretel have already found their forever homes, it's now Hansel's turn to find a loving family of his own.

Not often does Animatch have small, non-shedding puppies like Hansel, so we understand you might be excited. But before you get too eager, let’s make sure you're prepared for the responsibility of raising a puppy. Bringing a puppy into your home is a 15-year commitment that requires dedication, patience, and time. Hansel will need plenty of exercise, training, playtime, and socialization, so be ready to invest energy into ensuring he grows up to be a well-behaved and happy dog.

As a Maltese x Poodle, Hansel will remain on the smaller side, but don’t let his size fool you—he’s full of personality! Due to his small stature, we recommend a home with children over 8 years old, who have experience and understand the importance of treating dogs with respect to prevent any accidental injury.

Hansel has lived with other dogs and would enjoy the company of a friendly, tolerant canine sibling who can help show him the ropes. Being a puppy, he’s also not a fan of being alone for long periods, so his new family will need to ensure that he isn’t left unattended for more than a few hours at a time.
