Would you believe that I am finally going to get my chance at a furever home?  Neither can I!  I am 6 years old and it’s finally … finally … going to happen!  I just can’t stop wagging my tail!  I could use a little sunshine on my parade.  

I recently made the long trip from Lebanon.  As you probably know by now, many of us dogs from Lebanon are not treated like valued pets!  Not by any stretch of the imagination.  You will notice, if you have the good fortune to meet me, that my ears have been cut.  There is a whole story that I could tell about that … if only I had a voice.  In many countries we are viewed as nuisances and there is simply no one to protect us.  

But hey, a dog lives in the moment and all that is behind me now.  Despite how humans have let me down, I am a friendly and affectionate girl.    Since I have missed so much one-on-one time with a family, I am on the lookout for a home where I am not alone all day.

I think with some reward-based training, patience, and stability I could become a pretty amazing dog.  If you are into lots of walking, hiking, and playing then I’m your girl!  Life is too short not to get out and enjoy it!

I would prefer being the only dog as I am intimidated by other dogs; going for walks is not a problem but I really would prefer to be your one and only.  Again, I don’t have a voice to explain my fear, so you’ll just have to trust me.  With my mad snuggling skills, one dog will be plenty.

I am still eager to learn, and with your guidance I could learn just about anything you wanted to teach me.  I bet you’re thinking, “this is too good to be true.”  Don’t dilly-dally, fill in your Application Form and ask for Toffee.
