Baby, it’s cold out there.  As the Texas rescuers waved to us shouting, “You’ll love Canada”, they forgot to send us with coats and ear muffs.  Jax is my name and I recently arrived at Animatch with a bunch of my pals – actually one of them is my brother, Jett.  

I am just over one year old and was born in Runge, Texas.  Thanks to the Runge Vet Clinic, Jet and I are here safe and sound.  Neglect and abuse happen in all parts of the world, even North America.  As you can see from my photos taken when Runge Vet took me under their wing, I have missed a few meals in my short life.  Apparently, our owner moved away and left us behind to fend for ourselves.

It’s all uphill from here on.  Jett and I love each other dearly but we know that we mayl soon have to part ways.  As long as we are both someone’s beloved dog, we will be good with that.  I never want to have to fall asleep on an empty stomach again.  

It\s never too late for training and I’m keen.  I so love to please my human that in no time I will be a great canine companion.  I get along with other dogs when properly introduced.  Now I just love my brother so much that we are always together and aren’t all that interested in others.
