Hi - Not sure if you will remember him, but we adopted Hunter (you had called him Yeller) about 7 years ago. He had been found wandering around an Indian Reserve, had a pellet in his leg and stomach and in pretty bad shape. He was a Yellow Lab and we brought him home with us to Gatineau. Yesterday, we had to put him to sleep. He had developed very bad arthritis over the years and on Wednesday he had a stroke which left him confused and unable to walk. He had a great 7 years with us with lots of cuddles and kisses and I made sure he was never left alone or scared. He has really left a whole in our home and in our hearts. Just know that the last 7 years of his life were happy and he knew he was loved. I hope where ever he is now, he is running free of pain with an endless supply of doggies treats.Thank you Animatch for giving us Hunter. He was a true sweetheart and at times a real Goof Ball.
