Sad news

It is with incredible sadness that we let you know that we had to have our dear little Welsh Terrier, Emalyn, put to sleep on Monday. She had started having seizures in October, but only every 4 or 5 weeks, so the vet said just to monitor them. Suddenly on the weekend she had 10 seizures, and each time found it more difficult to recover from them. The vet said she likely had a tumour behind her eyes, since her vision was affected. We did the only thing that wouldn't betray the trust she's put in us, and that was to put her to sleep. We have been so blessed to have our Emalyn in our lives over the past 4 1/2 years, since we adopted her from Animatch on July 24th, 2011. She was so loved and loving. We miss her terribly. We can assure you that she has been so very happy while with us and could not have been more loved. Thank you so much for blessing us with her as part of our family.
