Lexus

Would it be cruel to put my 15 1/2 - year-old Lexus in diapers? I am not sure how long I can keep up with cleaning carpets, and she reeks, as well. She is blind, nearly deaf, and incontinent, but gets around famously. She loves to ride in the stroller when I take Gracie for walks. She seems really happy, her tail wags, she eats well (albeit is very fussy about what is "good" to eat!) and can still make it up and down the stairs, however slowly. I don't want someone to put me down when I become incontinent, and I can't justify that for her when in other ways she is still doing so well. Diapers seem cruel, when I can't explain them to her. Advice?
