A Male Nordic mix presently Adopted

My name is Scally and I love life and am ready to bring joy to everyone I meet.  My life started out in the north – I do so enjoy cold weather and find the snow irresistible!  I was brought to Animatch by the Nordic Paws Project.  I am a little shy in new situations but just give me a few minutes and I’ll be your friend eternally.  I would truly like to go to obedience training so I can be a good canine citizen which will only make me more lovable.  I am a little selective with other dogs but I just can’t get enough of humans, especially the one who want to scratch me or give me belly rubs.  Like most Northern Dogs who have had to fight for their food, I don’t appreciate other dogs in my food bowl.  As for cats, let’s not go there.  Because I am only about one year old and have some catching up to do, a home where I am not alone the entire day would be best.  If you want a dog who thinks you’re the best thing since sliced bread .... I am your guy.  Being a Northern Dog means I need my daily exercise – walking, hiking, running – in all kinds of weather!  I am healthy and happy and just yearning to be someone’s dog.  Won’t you make me part of your life?  Please fill in the Adoption Form and ask for Scally.
