Regale

A Female Terrier-x presently Adopted

Regale and her 8 littermates were born on November 14, 2018 -- one of those “oops” litters.  Mom was not sterilized and neither was Dad.  Lo and behold, 60 days later 9 adorable little creatures are born.  Although a puppy can bring a smile to your face; sadly, for every pup born that means one less dog finds a home.  People without foresight are responsible for bringing more puppies into a world where there are not enough good committed homes.  Sadly, only two puppies came to Animatch – the other seven went as “free to good home”.   Regale and Circa will be sterilized before joining their families.  They will not be responsible for any homeless puppies, it just has to stop.  These girls are very active, no doubt will require lots of exercise now and in their adolescence and adulthood.  Puppy classes and basic obedience should be in Regale’s future in order for her to be a good canine citizen.  It is absolutely essential that Regale finds a home where she is not alone all day.  Puppies must experience exposure to people and everyday sights and sounds.  They need supervision, socialization, and frequent potty breaks.  If you want to help a puppy to grow up to be a good dog, please consider adopting Regale or Circa.

“Prevention is wiser than destruction.”
