Nala

A Female Boxer-x presently Adopted

Six-year-old Nala is an energetic girl who is looking for an active human – a buddy to join her in long walks, hikes, and romps in all kinds of weather.  If Nala gets the right amount of exercise she is a happy, relaxed dog who will chill by your side.  She was given up because her family are going through some changes and sadly Nala cannot be part of their future plans.  Some days she spent up to 14 hours on her own.   She is good with the dogs at the Centre; however, she would be equally happy as an only dog.  Nala has never lived with children so a home with respectful, older kids would best suit her.  Nala knows all her basic commands –now how often does that happen.  From time to time she must be reminded to keep all four paws firmly planted on the ground.  Her favorite pastime besides going for long walks is playing fetch; even if she has not yet mastered the art of bringing back the ball.   Nala thrives on human affection and her guardian will always be her first love.  She has many more years to devote to a family.  Nala is ready to occupy your sofa and give back some of the love she hopes to find in her forever home.  Please fill in the Adoption Form if you feel that Nala is the dog for you.
