Murphy

A Male Husky-x presently Adopted

Murphy is my name and I guarantee that I will be a dream come true for any Husky lover!  I am young, hopeful, and full of aspirations.  I am used to facing hurdles – in fact, I was injured when I was brought into rescue (possibly hit by a car) but I seem to be mending well and no surgeries are required.  I had a broken pelvis and an injured hip.  At the moment, I’m on the lookout for a family who really cares for me and is ready for commitment.  Like most Huskies, I yearn for companionship and indeed do better when I’m around people.  I need a fenced yard to keep me safe when I am out lounging in the snow or chasing the squirrels off the property.  I truly enjoy socializing with other dogs but if you ask me, cats are meant for chasing!  Of course, I’ll need some work on leash training but isn’t that what obedience training classes are for?  In fact, the skills that I will learn at training will prepare me for a lifetime of good behaviour and companionship.   Because of my injuries, I may never be a candidate for the Doggy Olympics but I will require daily exercise – both physical and mental.  You can plan lots of adventures in the great outdoors to keep me happy and healthy.  So what do you say?  Do you think I’m the one?  Fill in the Adoption Form and let’s see what happens.
