Kimi

A Female Terrier-x presently Adopted

Kimi is a familiar face at Animatch; she was part of the Maya & Kimi duo.  Unfortunately, we didn't follow our instinct and let them go together and although they went to a wonderful family, Kimi is too protective of her sister especially around children.  Kimi still likes to hear herself talk, so no apartment or condos.  She has the potential of being a wonderful companion.  She gets along with other dogs but would be equally happy to be the centre of your world.  Now that she has had another taste at family life, she is eager to move on independently.  Kimi is not a couch potato and will require daily walks and playtime.  If you would consider giving this deserving dog another chance, you will be blessed with daily tail wags and doggy kisses.  Fill in the Adoption Form; ask for Kimi.

UPDATE:  Hey Kimi here and Animatch has attempted to place Maya and I together but it just isn’t meant to be.  Besides, as long as we both find loving, committed homes, we will be just fine.  In fact, we tend to become bullies when together – lunging and barking like banshees at any creature that comes near us.  That really isn’t who we are.  We just haven’t learned how other dogs play and have no idea about social skills with other dogs.  This rude behaviour is frowned on and unfortunately this doesn’t help us to be adopted.  One of the key lessons that a puppy must master is how to be content with being alone which was all but impossible for Maya and I.  My motto is that it’s never too late and much as I love and will miss her, I want what is best for us.  So, please consider adopting me; fill in an Adoption Form and ask for KIMI.

Commitment is something that my sister, Maya, and I know a lot about. We have been together our entire life and we are hoping to spend our remaining years side by side, if at all possible.  Animatch has promised to give it their best shot.  We realize that it is perhaps a lot to expect for someone to open their home to not just one but two time-tested lap lovers. Although, when you have this good thing going on, you can’t just throw it to the wind.  We are both docile and very loving.  We could live with another dog, but when you have a dynamic duo like us, why would you need a third wheel? We can’t wait to once again have a forever home of our own; and if we are adopted together it will be a fairy tale come true.  At just 7.5 years old there are still plenty of fun times to be had without all the puppy nonsense that those young whipper-snappers can bring.  Before I sign off, I’d like to say that apartment/condo living would not be for us as we are quick to sound the alarm.  Can you please help us complete our life story?  Fill in the Adoption Form and ask for Kimi and Maya.
