A Female Mixed Breed presently Adopted

Kesha here and despite having a lot of miles on this amazing body of mine, I know I have a lot more left.  Nine years old and I have to be rehomed because of allergies in my family. I arrived with my boy, Usher, but he’ll do just find venturing out on his own.  Now don’t be like a lot of people who follow the same tired mantra: the younger, the better. Give me a break, we members of the Grey Muzzle Society prove time and time again that we have so much love to give.  Plus, we’ll let you finish your first cup of coffee before bugging you for a walk!  I’m not looking for a pity party … I am looking for a permanent home.  I am not like some of those younger dogs that will sniff you and run; I want something real and lasting.  I’ll adore you like no other and always be by your side. I have plenty of energy to join you on daily walks in the neighbourhood and it wouldn’t hurt me to drop a few pounds!  I get along well with other dogs so I’m okay with sharing you.  Giving a senior dog a home is an amazingly, generous gift and if you provide me with a loving, safe, forever home, you will be reimbursed with tails wags and doggy kisses.  I see great things in our future.  Don’t you?  In the meantime, I’ll just sit back and patiently wait for you to fill in the Adoption Form.

“It takes a long time for a soul to become this sweet.”
