A Male Yorkshire Terrier presently Adopted

Jacob is my name and I was classified as an unclaimed stray at Animal Control, I waited and waited and no one showed up.  Because of this recent ordeal and the fact that I seemed quite unsocialized and unpredictable, Animatch called on one of their experienced Foster Moms to perform her magic.   She and I are working so hard on socialization; she takes me on walks around the neighbourhood, visits to friends, trips to shopping centres that allow dogs.  She does not feed into my imaginary fears – because that is why I react, fear.  My new guardian must continue this training, otherwise I could remain a snappy, untrustworthy dog.  Snapping/biting is not acceptable and needs to be corrected; I know that I can do it with the right human by my side.  First and foremost, there will be no carrying me everywhere because that only makes me possessive of the human who is doing the carrying!  I’m a dog and I love being a dog, so I need you to help me be a well-adjusted and balanced one.  Now are you ready to hear all my good points – there are many.  I am crate trained, not an excessive barker, affectionate, love my food (which will help with my training).   Don’t forget, I am also very, very cute.  My Foster Mom feels that I might do better as an only dog, although I do love one of hers; I guess it would depend on the dog.  Of course, an adult family would best suit me and no doubt an experienced guardian is required.  I am ready to take a giant step right into the arms of my new family.  I am the whole package albeit a tiny one.  Please hurry and fill in the Adoption Form.
