Hayden

A Female Shepherd x Husky presently Adopted

Hayden is my name and my best friend, Braun, and I presently find ourselves in need of a place to rest our head because our beloved human passed away.  Not only do we have his loss to contend with but I am a little worried that at 8-years old, I am not a hot ticket item at Animatch.  They do keep assuring me that there are kind souls out there who will help me get through this.  Although I would love nothing more than to stay with my “bestie” Braun, as long as we both find homes where we are loved, we will be okay.  I’m longing for a dedicated, patient and loving person who will give me a peaceful setting for my senior years.  I am good with other dogs, have no interest in cats, and enjoy a nice stroll a few times a day to keep me fit and trim.  An adult home would best suit me; grabby hands and the youthful energy of children is just too much for me.  Even though I am sweet and affectionate, hugs are not part of my vocabulary and would prefer not being cuddled.  I am hopeful that a compassionate human will see past the clouded eyes, gray muzzle, and slow gait – I could be a magnificent companion to someone.  I am a dog with simple needs and few demands.  If you feel that you can give me a comfortable place to live, I’d love to hear from you.  Please fill in the Adoption Form and ask for Hayden.
