Cuba

A Male Husky presently Adopted

Cuba is my name and in the dog world I would be classified as a hunk.  I was transferred from Mistassini in Northern Quebec where there is an overpopulation of dogs.  These gorgeous blue eyes of mine confirm that there is Husky in my mix.  I’ve got those Husky genes, so I will do best with someone who knows what that means. We are loyal but can take a little time to warm up; just be patient and let me get to know you and you will realize that I am best friend material.  I’m a beautiful dog with a gentle spirit and a zest for life.  I have all the makings of a topnotch companion, you merely have to provide plenty of direction, exercise, love, and perseverance.  Despite my breed having a bit of a stubborn streak, I am ready for obedience training; I am 80 lbs of muscle and have never walked on leash.  I dream about finding a family who loves the outdoors, especially in winter – my favorite season!  And when we aren’t out and about together, a fenced yard would keep me safe.  Treat me right, give me the training I require, provide me with the affection I long for, and I will be the best dog ever.  So, do you see a future together?  If you’re looking for a fantastic addition to your family, fill in the Adoption Form.
