Hola … mi nombre es Coquito! And I am enjoying life so much in my new country. First on the agenda is learning either French or English; better still teach me both! I recently made the journey from Dominican Republic thanks to some wonderful volunteers who work tirelessly for the Dominican pooches. I can’t tell you much about my life except that I was picked as a stray. Island life can be wonderful for a dog but in any country it’s only good if you have a family to look out for you. I’ve got a lot of energy and would absolutely love to get a handle on all these commands that people say are so important – sit, stay, come! I look forward to showing you how smart I am by acing those obedience training classes. All the dogs around here woof about how much fun it is to go for long walks around the neighbourhood, hikes in the woods, and play fetch with a frisbee. I am okay with other dogs but when they are getting too much attention, I am possessive of my human. Sharing is not my strong point! I may do better as your one and only. Are you looking for a dog who is sweet, handsome, and full of fun – you know the whole enchilada! I’m here and I can be packed and ready to go in a flash, so tell me a little about yourself by filling in the Adoption Form.
