A Female Chihuahua presently Adopted

My name is Coquette and I am a “scaredy cat”!  I am not afraid to admit that I am the fearful type.  That’s the first step to recovery …. admitting it.  Now I have my reasons to be somewhat nervous.  After six years of living a sheltered and serene life with my human who was a senior, I find myself at the Animatch Centre – a wonderful place but just so much activity!  I know what it is like to be loved but unfortunately due to poor health, my human had to find me a new home.  My dream is to find another adult home where I would get the attention that I crave.  Grabby hands and the youthful energy of children is just too much for me; a low traffic home where I will be allowed plenty of time to warm up to strangers would suit me best.  I get along with other small dogs and I could tolerate a cat if they stick to themselves.  I am pee-pad trained but that doesn’t mean that I want to spend my days all alone; I have never done that.  I could lose a pound or two; with daily walks around the neighbourhood, I will be fit and healthy in no time.  Once I feel at home, I can demonstrate my super affectionate nature and how I can love the heck out of my people.  I just need guidance, patience, and a forever home…and the opportunity to once again feel safe and secure.  What do you think?  Are you willing to take me in and let my heart blossom?  In turn I promise to be your devoted companion for all my days.  Please fill in an Adoption Form and ask for Coquette.
