A Female Pug presently Available For Adoption
My name is Charley (yes, I’m a girl) and thanks to Les ailes canadiennes du sauvetage (Pilots ‘n Paws), I had my first airplane ride. I was given up to the SPA - Beauce Etchemin but I had quite a few health issues that needed attention, so Animatch welcomed me with open arms. I have a little extra gray on the chin, I’m a step or two slower on a walk, and my favorite pastime is taking a nice long nap. I do have minimal vision and significant hearing loss; I can see in shadows and find my way around. Please don’t startle me, just approach me gently and scratch me softly ... I will know it’s you. Because my eyes and ears don’t work so well doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate affection; I am an enthusiastic butt wiggler and will demonstrate just how happy I am. For now I am on antibiotics to clear up infection in my ears and mouth. Soon I will be undergoing major dental work and will probably lose my eye. I’ll update you after the surgery. After a couple of days in my new home I will have the lay of the land down pat and as long as you don’t move the furniture around too much, we’ll live happily ever after! I will need a guardian that is patient, caring and comfortable with a special needs dog, I would do better in an adult home. Are you looking for a BFF who is always up for watching a movie, hanging out on the couch, or some cuddling and girl talk? I’m a happy girl who has not let life get me down. All I need is someone to love me so that I can love them right back. Let’s have our love make this world a better place; fill in the Adoption Form and ask for Charley.
On behalf of me and my two travel companions, Peewee and Boris, we’d like to thank those who have contributed and continue to contribute to our medical bills. Believe me, you have changed this Pug’s life and I want the same for Boris and Peewee. Without your support and compassion, clearly a happy ending would not have been possible.
“The Pug is living proof that God had a sense of humor.”
