Brewster

A Male Mixed Breed presently Adopted

If you are looking for a walking companion or a buddy to take on nature hikes, Brewster might be your man.  This bouncy, animated fellow is a head turner and the type of dog who has the potential of being very loyal and will no doubt enjoy time spent with his family.  He would best suit a home where there is a presence part of the day.  Brewster is only one year old and it is evident that he has missed out on some education and socialization during his first year.  Because we have no history on Brewster and he might find children intimidating, an adult family would best suit him.  Since Brewster was a stray and has shown us some attitude, we aren’t sure if fear triggers certain negative reactions.  For this reason, obedience training is important; in fact, it is essential.  Training will give him the confidence and trust necessary to becoming a good canine citizen.  With some work on the part of his new guardian, Animatch feels that he has the potential of being a devoted and loving companion.  Brewster is quite the watchdog and would not be a candidate for apartment or condo living.   Now if you can’t pass up this scruffy face and feel you are the one to turn this bantam guy’s life around, then please fill in the Adoption Form.  Be Brewster’s hero.
