A Male Hound-x presently Adopted
Give Bolo a little attention and he will gaze lovingly into your eyes. He was part of the group of hounds who recently arrived from Villalobos Rescue Centre in Louisiana. Bolo apparently arrived at their facility as a young pup and was quite the outgoing and rambunctious teenager; for that reason, he was passed by for adoption. As he matured, his sweetness shone through and Animatch just knows that the family who adopts Bolo is going to have an amazing dog. Of course, he would love to continue working on his training with you -- not only to boost his confidence but to learn how to walk on leash and to greet people with all fours firmly planted on the ground. Minor details for a smart fellow like Bolo! He is an anxious dog but he has never known what it is like to have his very own home. Once he settles in and realizes he isn’t going anywhere, he will gain some weight and be less fretful. Bolo loves other dogs and would gladly share his space with another canine who could show him the ropes. His ideal home would be one with a fenced yard just to keep him safe; after all he is a hound. He is happiest when he is with people so a home where he is not alone the entire day would best suit him. He has the potential of being a master snuggler. Bolo is so looking forward to beginning life as a family dog; if you feel that you would like to be the one to get him started on his new path, then please fill in the Adoption Form.
