A Male Poodle presently Adopted

Isn’t it astonishing what a day at the spa can do?   Bazooka is quiet, curious and easy-going with all dogs.  Soft beds, fresh air, tasty food, and time spent with his best friends from the commercial breeder are his favorite things in life.  Because his sole purpose was as a tool to make puppies with little or no human contact, he needs a patient person who will give him time to learn what being a family dog is all about.  Bazooka can still be frightened by sudden movements and loud noises, so an adult home or one where children are older would best suit him.  He would love to be adopted by a family with another well-adjusted canine to show him the ropes. Bazooka does enjoy relaxing and snuggling, and though he is still cautious around new people, he is getting braver every day.  Bazooka's mellow and inquisitive personality will shine through in the right forever home.  Before you adopt a former breeding dog, you must be aware that housetraining and leash walking will often take extra time.  Patience, understanding, and a gentle hand are a necessity but then again being part of Bazooka’s rehabilitation can be an extremely rewarding experience.  If you would like to play a role in this deserving dog’s life, please fill in an Adoption Form and ask for Bazooka.
