A Female Labrador-x presently Adopted
Please note that due the volume of applications, we are unable to respond to all applicants and ONLY those being considered will be contacted. We thank you for your understanding. The adoption application link is posted below and the adoption process is outlined on the website. Animatch asks that you read the Adoptee’s bio in its entirety before applying to ensure you meet the requirements for the dog.
Update - July 18: Many applications have been sent for Angel; not everyone will be contacted. Angel's surgery is still recuperating at the hospital. Her pins were removed last week and it is easier to keep her somewhat immobile at the Vet's than it would be at the Centre. We want this surgery to be a success. Please note Angel cannot go to a home with cats.
If you think I am gorgeous in this photo, wait until I have my photo shoot with Animatch’s awesome photographer. No doubt, you will think I’m a super model. Angel is my name and I’m loving life right now. I made the long trip from Waskaganish with a badly injured leg and after extensive surgery I am now recuperating. Of course, Animatch looked at me and knew that they could help – not only with my surgery but with finding me that special person to give me my furever home. My heart is filled with hope and I am now ready to put this ordeal behind me. My Vet feels that I should make a full recovery. Take a look at the x-ray before Dr. Plasse worked his magic and the one after -- amazing, don't you think. At only 6 months old, I am an adolescent who will need daily exercise, a person who is present most of the day, and of course, the all-important obedience training. I am just so eager to be have a human whom I can count on. Another dog in the home would indeed help me adapt to the routine of family life. I’d love to interview you to be my sidekick. Would you be the person to make the commitment of giving me my happily-ever-after? Please fill in the adoption form, if you feel that I am “the one”.
I am so grateful that Animatch came to my aid. My wish is that they can continue to help many more canine “Angels” who otherwise might have a very bleak future – or no future at all. Please consider making a donation to our Emergency Fund so other dogs can benefit in the future.
