Animatch Blog

Close but no cigar

Meaning we have almost successfully reached our goal, but not quite.  So, no time for pats on the back or “look how far we’ve come” discussions.  There will be time – plenty of time – for everyone to sit back and feel that overwhelming sense of accomplishment but just not yet.  Animatch is just $10,000 away from our $200,000 goal.  Initially, the goal seemed far and hard to reach but thanks to your support, look how far we have come.  Animatch needs each and every one of you to reach out again to friends, co-workers, relatives, neighbours (anyone really) who would be capable of helping.  There has never been a better time than now to give Animatch that last boost to reach our objective.  We wouldn’t have reached $190,000 without your overwhelming support so we know that with your determination, we can do it.  So many of you have pitched in to make this happen through your own initiatives so that our present and future adoptees can have a warm and safe place to wait for their homes.  We now ask that you do it one more time.

You have the ability to make a difference in a dog’s life.  Thank you so much for your past efforts and we are counting on your continued support to reach our goal.  Let’s hope the next announcement will be the one that calls for a celebration.
