UPDATE: Our veterinarian has recommended trying a brace on Astum's injured leg as a first step, before moving forward with amputation, which is a major and invasive surgery. Rest assured, the funds raised will still be used for another dog in need or, if necessary, for Astum's surgery should we proceed with amputation.
